Cancellation is allowed 31 days prior to your booked date.
Free cancellation or rebooking is allowed if the reservation is cancelled 31 days or more before the arrival date.
Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable.
All paid bookings are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Rebooking is allowed within three (3) months from the original stay date, subject to room availability, rate changes, and hotel approval.
Rebookings beyond three (3) months may incur additional charges and are subject to the hotel’s discretion.
No-Show Policy: Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date will be charged the full amount of the booking.
Written cancellation via email is required. Without written notice, the reservation will be considered confirmed and guaranteed.
