Masaya Trip ("we," "us," or "our"), owned and operated by Masaya Asia Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, is dedicated to safeguarding your privacy. This Privacy Policy is designed to comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. It explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you access our website (www.masayatrip.com) and utilize our services. This Privacy Policy applies when you use our website and services. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are controlled by the choices described below.
We may collect various types of information from you, including:
This policy also applies to Masaya Partner, our app for authorized restaurant staff. We process employee names, email addresses, account identifiers and restaurant assignments to manage access. Authorized staff can access guest names, reservation contact phone numbers and guest counts, voucher codes, decision notes, and reservation and redemption records for their assigned restaurants. These records are used to fulfill reservations, verify vouchers, prevent duplicate redemption, and maintain security and transaction audit records.
We process device and session identifiers, app versions and, when staff enable notifications, notification delivery tokens. Notification delivery uses Expo and Apple or Google push services. Camera access is optional and used to read QR voucher codes on the device; Masaya Partner does not save or upload camera photographs. Only the voucher code is sent for verification. Staff can enter a code without camera access, disable notifications, or sign out to clear locally stored account credentials. The app does not collect precise location or payment card data, or use advertising tracking.
Partner accounts are administered by Masaya and the authorized business; there is no self-registration in the app. For access changes or personal data deletion, contact customerservice@masayatrip.com. We verify the request and apply the retention and deletion rules below, including obligations to retain eligible fulfillment and audit records.
