Masaya Trip Inc. Gift Voucher (hereinafter shall be referred to as “Voucher”) is an electronic voucher in the form of a unique electronic code with a certain nominal value issued by Masaya Trip Inc. with local currency and can be used by user(s) to transact on the Masaya Trip Inc. platform within the specified territory.
Valid for Tours, Hotel, Tours + Hotel, and Dining products. Masaya Trip Inc. reserves the right to change the products eligible for Voucher redemption.
Users must be logged in to redeem the Voucher. Then Voucher code must be entered during the order process to apply the discount.
Each Voucher code can be used only (once) and requires a transaction value higher than its nominal value. If the transaction value is lower than the Voucher's nominal value, the remaining balance is (non-refundable).
Multiple Voucher codes can be used in one booking or separate bookings. Vouchers can be combined with other promotions.
Vouchers cannot be used for add-ons (e.g., insurance, extra baggage), reschedule fees, installment fees, or other extra charges.
Valid for all available payment methods.
Each Voucher is valid from its issuance date until its expiration date, with a maximum validity of (one) year.
Expired Vouchers cannot be extended or renewed.
Used Vouchers are non-refundable and non-reschedulable, except for involuntary cases (e.g., airline flight cancellations).
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Users earn Masaya Trip Inc. Points based on the discounted price unless combined with other promos.
Masaya Trip Inc. reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Voucher. Any unauthorized selling/buying of Vouchers outside Masaya Trip Inc. or authorized partners is considered user negligence.
Masaya Trip Inc. has the right to reject or cancel bookings using the Voucher at its sole discretion. The reasons for rejection or cancellation may include but are not limited to:

Violation of terms and conditions.

Trade/economic sanctions, embargoes, or regulatory prohibitions.

Fraud, theft, or suspicion of criminal activity.

Suspicious ordering or unavailabipty of services.

Providing inaccurate or misleading information.

Credit card transaction issues.

Inappropriate behavior, threats, or communication issues.

History of violating Masaya Trip Inc. terms.

Being on government or international watch psts.
Users removed from Masaya Trip Inc. platform ("Removed Users") may not use the platform under another name or account.
Masaya Trip Inc. may cancel or reject reservations in case of a "Real Mistake," such as an incorrect price listing. Refunds will be provided without additional charges in the event of a Real Mistake.
