Cancellation is allowed 15 days prior to your booked date.

Cancellation Policy: - Normal Seasons: any cancellation within 14 days of arrival during Normal/Low seasons a 50% of charge from the total of reservations/room nights applies. - High/Peak seasons: cancellation received within 21 days prior to arrival date a 50% of charge from the total of reservations/room nights apply. - Early departure or NO SHOW charges 100% of unused stay. - Cancellation must be notified by fax or email to the Reservations Department and the cancellation date will be on the day the Resort receives the fax or email and only be valid once the Travel Agents/Wholesale/Corporate receives the cancellation confirmation from the reservation Department of the Resort. - Stop Sell: The Resort reserves the right to request stop sell to the customer with 7 (seven) days’ notice. All rooms sold under confirmed allotment must be reported within 2 days of stop sell notification and unused allotment returned to the Resort.
