The 2-Day, 1-Night (2D1N) Senaru Crater Rim Trek is one of the most popular Mount Rinjani trekking routes. It is specifically designed for trekkers who want to experience Rinjani’s lush tropical rainforests, high-altitude campsite, and panoramic crater views without undertaking the strenuous climb to the main peak (3,726 m).

行程安排

  1. Day 01. Senaru – Crater Rim Senaru.

  2. Get your breakfast at 06.30 AM.

  3. At 08.00 am, transfer to Rinjani Trek Center for about 10 minutes

  4. In the cool of the morning, the trek begins with open views adjacent to coffee, bamboo, and cocoa trees. We will see many other plants belonging to the local people of Senaru.

  5. After 30 minutes, we reach the gate of the tropical rain forest (Rinjani National Park),

  6. We will pass into the rainforest.

  7. Sometimes, we will encounter brown or black monkeys.

  8. After approximately 3 hours, we will reach POS 2 at 1500 m. Our team will prepare food and fresh fruits. ( Bananas, pineapples, biscuits, and soft drinks). Take a rest for 1 ½ hours at POS 2.

  9. Continue to POS 3 at 2.000 m (MONDOKAN LOKAK). Pass local strawberry bushes.

  10. As we leave the tropical rainforest, we walk on the Savana (open grassy hillsides) with open views. From here the trail little steep.

  11. We hike through CEMARA LIMA (rocky mountain slope) and onto Pelawangan.

  12. Our team will set up camp and prepare your dinner.

  13. Enjoy the views of the Senaru Rim.

  14. Day 02. Senaru Crater Rim – Senaru Village.

  15. Have your breakfast with a beautiful sunrise and beautiful lake scenery.

  16. Leave Crater Rim Senaru and descend to Senaru village through the rainforest.

  17. Will spend about 4 to 5 hours walking down to Senaru. A lunch break on the way down to Senaru village.

  18. Arrive at the Senaru Trekking Centre around 1:00 pm

  19. Our private vehicle will take you to your next optional destination (Bangsal, Senggigi, Mataram, or Lombok International Airport)
