  • Less Than 3 Days Before the Scheduled Tour: A 100% cancellation fee will apply. The booking is non-refundable.
  • Same-Day Cancellation: A 100% cancellation fee will apply. The booking is non-refundable.
  • No-Show: A 100% cancellation fee will apply.
  • No refund will be provided if guests fail to arrive at the agreed pick-up point or do not join the tour at the scheduled time.
  • Late Arrival: The tour duration may be shortened if guests arrive late, without entitlement to a refund.
  • Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances: If the tour cannot operate safely due to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the operator's control, alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered in accordance with the applicable booking terms.
