Same-Day Cancellation & No-Show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior or failure to arrive (no-show) are non-refundable (100% cancellation fee). Weather & Force Majeure: In the event of severe weather conditions impacting outdoor pool activities (such as floating breakfast), rescheduling or full refunds will be accommodated.
