Compound & Temple Exploration: Take a guided tour of the family home to discover the unique architecture and sacred temples that govern Balinese daily life. Learn about the "Tri Hita Karana" philosophy—the balance between humans, nature, and the spirit world.
Signature Refreshments: Settle into the relaxed atmosphere of our kitchen garden with a refreshing welcome drink and local Balinese snacks before the cooking begins.
The Culinary Journey: Hands-on Cooking Class (Approx. 3 Hours)
Professional Instruction: Our classes are conducted in fluent English by expert Balinese chefs. In a friendly and engaging environment, you will be introduced to the locally grown herbs and spices that form the backbone of the island's flavors.
Personalized Cooking Stations: Whether you opt for the meat-based or vegetarian menu, you will have your own station to work on. Learn the technical art of "Base Gede" (spice paste), and master traditional methods like grinding with a stone mortar and wrapping delicacies in banana leaves.

2. Pre-Arrival Confirmation (Crucial Confirmation Clause)
- Standard Bookings: To ensure optimal service availability, customers must confirm their attendance (by quoting their voucher or booking reference) with the venue at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit.
- Special Events/Group Bookings: For bookings related to special events, larger groups, or custom packages, confirmation must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled visit.
- Failure to meet this confirmation requirement may result in the venue cancelling or refusing service without entitlement to a full refund.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation, refund, and modification terms are entirely governed by the Supplier's Policy (the venue's policy) and not by Masaya.
- The majority of vouchers are considered final and are non-refundable.
All cancellation requests must be submitted through our platform and will be subject to applicable administration fees from both the Supplier and Masaya.
