Day 1 : Selamat Datang di Bali! Today your local English speaking driver will come to pick up you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel Jimbaran/Sanur/Kuta area (hotel booked by client)
Day 2 : At 9AM pick up by English speaking driver to visit Tanjung Benoa Beach for watersports activity (1x Banana Boat Activity for each person including in the package). After finish watersports activity, continue your trip to Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK) Cultural Park. Next stop is visit Melasti beach including watching kecak dance performance. Before transferring back to hotel, having dinner at The Cuisine Seafood Jimbaran (Free 2x Set Menu II). Transferring back to your hotel.
Day 3 : At 9AM your English speaking guide will come to pick up you at hotel for cycling activity in Ubud. Afternoon after lunch, you will visit Alas Harum Ubud (only entrance ticket included in the package). After visit Alas Harum, you will vist Ubud Royal palace and Ubud Art Market just infront of the royal palace. At the end of the day, the driver will transfer you back to the hotel
Day 4 : At 9AM your English speaking driver will come to pick up you to visit Tanah Lot. Afternoon transfer back to hotel to prepare for sunset dinner cruise. At 4.30PM your driver will come to pick up you for transfr to Tanjung Benoa harbour for s

2. Pre-Arrival Confirmation (Crucial Confirmation Clause)
- Standard Bookings: To ensure optimal service availability, customers must confirm their attendance (by quoting their voucher or booking reference) with the venue at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit.
- Special Events/Group Bookings: For bookings related to special events, larger groups, or custom packages, confirmation must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled visit.
- Failure to meet this confirmation requirement may result in the venue cancelling or refusing service without entitlement to a full refund.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation, refund, and modification terms are entirely governed by the Supplier's Policy (the venue's policy) and not by Masaya.
- The majority of vouchers are considered final and are non-refundable.
All cancellation requests must be submitted through our platform and will be subject to applicable administration fees from both the Supplier and Masaya.
