• Transfer to Starting Point: Guests will be efficiently transferred from the main lobby to the river's starting point (approximately a 15-minute journey).
• Equipment Check: Guides perform a final check and fitting of essential safety gear, including the life jacket, helmet, and paddle, ensuring everything is secure before launching.
