  • Transportation: Hotel return transfers or any other form of transportation to and from the Alaska Ubud venue are not included in this package price (unless specifically booked separately). Spending & Services Personal Expenses: All personal expenditures, including the purchase of souvenirs, tips/gratuities (optional), and any purchases made on-site, are excluded. Additional Food & Beverages: Any food or drink items beyond the complimentary lunch provided (e.g., alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, or extra snacks) are excluded. Photo and Video Documentation: Purchase of official river photos or video documentation captured by the rafting photographer is not included and is available at an extra cost.

Swimwear: Guests are required to bring their own swimwear and suitable beach attire for the activities. Optional Services : Photo or Video Documentation: Professional photo or video documentation of the activity is available at the watersport center but incurs an additional cost, payable directly at the venue.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancelation on week on departure is 50% of the price. Cancellation will be subject to a penalty of the full cost, if the cancellation is made on the day of departure. Early departure will be subject to a penalty equal to “a full charge on the whole period of stay”. Group reservation cancellation policy applies dependent on seasonality and specific term & conditions upon confirmation of group booking. A reservation is considered “No Show” if arrival does not accur on the date reserved and caspla is not notified of any emergency delays in writing. No show will be subject to a penalty equal to “a full charge on the whole period of stay”. No show must be paid without reliance on billed vouchers since the guests did not arrive in the caspla, no voucher will be submited.
