Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation due to government travel restrictions or force majeure (including, but not limited to, COVID-19-related restrictions), a Superflex Voucher (no expiry, transferable, valid on any package) will be issued. The Operator may modify, postpone, or cancel the schedule in case of unsafe weather or ocean conditions or other events beyond its control. An alternative date or a refund will be proposed depending on the situation. If a lesson cannot be delivered due to guest absence or cancellation less than 24 hours before the lesson time, the lesson will be charged. No refund except with a hospital medical certificate.
