The Operator may modify, postpone, or cancel the schedule in case of unsafe weather or ocean conditions or other events beyond its control. An alternative date or a refund will be proposed depending on the situation. If a lesson cannot be delivered due to bisita absence or cancellation less than 24 hours before the lesson time, the lesson will be charged. No refund except with a hospital medical certificate.
